Originally believed to be an exercise reserved for women, performing Kegel exercises can actually benefit men also.
Kegel exercises specifically target your pelvic floor muscles. Ever stopped yourself from peeing midstream? Well, you have your pubococcygeus muscle (one part of your pelvic floor muscles) to thank for that. In addition to stopping or urine, it can also help stop your semen from ejaculating way too quickly as well.
The good thing about Kegels is that you can actually perform them just about anywhere simply because people cannot tell if you are doing them or not.
Basically, a Kegel exercise is one where you squeeze your PC muscles for a couple of seconds then resting for some, then doing it again. You can start by doing this 3 times a day and as you get comfortable, you can continuously challenge yourself by holding the squeeze for longer or doing more repetitions.
Lifting weights not only does wonders for your overall physique but it can also help you inside as well. That is because resistance training can help boost the production of testosterone in your body. Aim to get at least 3-4 weightlifting sessions per week.
All of the above-mentioned exercises tackle very little about your overall flexibility. To cap things off, you also want to perform some Yoga a couple of times a week. That is because aside from the fact that it helps calm your body down, it also does wonders for your flexibility which is necessary if you were to perform those hard sex positions.
